Massage to help you feel your best

While some clients come with specific injuries, you don’t need to be in pain to benefit from an appointment. Most of the people I help have:

  • Underlying niggles, discomfort or stiffness – often caused by their work environment

  • Inflammatory conditions, menopausal challenges or persisting pain, which stops them from moving comfortably and with confidence

  • Stress and anxiety, resulting in muscle tension or disturbed sleep

Many of my clients simply feel worn out, constantly juggling the demands of life and knowing they’re not moving as much as they could.

Massage helps boost your ability to enjoy life by enabling meaningful movement. For some that might mean preparing you for a run or a sporting event, for others it’s giving you an hour of tlc in a luxurious treatment room. It’s whatever you need to feel rejuvenated.

If pain is stopping you from moving comfortably, or you’re concerned about the impact of stress on your work or life, please come and have a chat. I can help you see a light at the end of the tunnel.

Imi is amazing! She put me at ease, offered advice, explained what she was doing and why at all times and provided me with the best shoulder and upper back massage ever to sort out the tightness I was suffering with.

What happens in your session?

As massage therapists, what we do with our hands is only part of our work together.

Support comes in different ways. I’m here to listen to you, support you to feel better, help manage your sleep and your stress levels, share the latest knowledge (if you want it!), help you devise a movement plan going forward, and give you some respite time – just for you.

I went to see Imogen about a hamstring problem. She was fantastic and put me at ease straight away. Thoroughly professional and explained what was going on with my muscles and how she would go about easing the problem. Talked to me throughout the process and gave me various stretches to do to keep on top of the problem. All this got me through a very tough cross country half marathon. I can’t rate Back on track highly enough
